Alliance – Local Council Network

The Local Council Network consists of 14 registered Local Councils. Only members of EMinS can establish a local council, in accordance with the EMinS Statute, aimed at implementing the European Movement Program in their local community, city or municipality. Local councils are associations of citizens and registered legal entities that are independent from EMinS; they implement their own activities and have their own management structures. Since local councils are part of the EMinS network, they have special relations with the European Movement in Serbia, and often receive logistical support. Local councils represent EMinS’ key partners in project implementations on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

After the adoption of the new Law on Associations, EMinS' Local Councils will join an Alliance which will bring together all local branches and transform the Local Councils Network into a registered Alliance.
