Professor dr. Ivan Vujacic was elected as the new president of the Forum for International Relations of European Movement in Serbia on the meeting held on Wednesday, September 25th 2019.

Ivan Vujacic is a professor at the Faculty of Economics and a guest professor at The Faculty of political sciences in University of Belgrade. He was the ambassador in United States from 2002 until 2009.

He has been an independent member of the board of directors in Eurobank Serbia since 2010 and the member of the Presidency and the Executive Board of the Serbian Association of  Economists since 2011. He was the member of the board of directors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Belgrade since 2011 until 2015, and also the member of the Executive Board of European Association for Comparative Economic Studies (EACAS) since 2014 until 2016.

Vujacic is in the Main Board and Political council of Democratic party in Serbia, which he has been a part of since its constitution.

The Forum for International Relations considers relevant aspects of foreign policy and international affairs, as well as the other issues of political and economic fields, especially emphasizing the process of European and Euro-Atlantic integrations of Serbia. The forum collects diplomats, journalists and scientific experts and organizes regular meetings and public, professional discussions about significant issues of foreign policy and economy.

The Forum for International Relations is a part of European Movement in Serbia since 1995. Former presidents include Jelica Minić, Predrag Simić, Borivoj Erdeljan, Milan Simurdić, Ivo Visković, Vera Ranković, Dušan Simić, Ilija Đukić, Aleksandar Nenadović i Živorad Kovačević.
