European Movement in Serbia as na Incubator of New Non-governmental Organizations

Being an alternative to autocrat society as real-socialistic and nationalistic societies are, civil society is a base for up-building of democratic and modern state. Therefore, development of civil society which is a concept related to free individual as well as to the most important collective actor of civil society—non-governmental organization—is one of the priorities of EMinS.
