On Monday December 22 nd , EMinS and the municipality of Kikinda organized seminar "How to recognize (in)correct tender and protect public finances". The seminar was held at Kikinda City Hall for all representatives of civil society and media in Vojvodina. The seminar was organized in the framework of the project "Reform of public procurement and budgetary system-TASPP" for municipalities of Apatin, Kikinda, Kovin, Novi Knezevac, Pancevo, Sombor, Zrenjanin i Vrsac, which are included in this three-year project. Participants of the seminar were media representatives, EMinS Local Louncils, and influential NGOs from Vojvodina.
The purpose of the seminar was to present the tender procedures to representatives of the social groups which essentially create public opinion or can redirect it to further protection of public interests. |
