In the first part of the workshop, participants will be introduced with results of the poll designed to identify the main problems in local government activities perceived by citizens, LG and business community. Moreover, expert survey of the corruption in Yugoslavia, with emphasis on the most important characteristics (based on the GRECO methodology) will be presented as well.
