How to become member of the European Movement in Serbia ?

Members of EMinS can be domestic or foreign citizens, domestic and/or foreign legal and/or civil persons

The Movement contains:

• individual members;
• corporate members;
• associated members;
• honored members.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP

Every adult person who accepts objectives and Statute of the Movement can become a member.
To become a member, a person has to submit written application and recommendations from two individual members of EMinS. Signature on the application assumes acceptance of Agenda Declaration and the Statute .
Only the Main Board of the Movement can decide on the issues of adoption and disqualification from the membership. A member can submit an appeal on disqualification to the Assembly which has a final decision.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP

An organization, enterprise, or institution (corporation, syndicate, scientific institution, political party, etc.) which has its location on the territory of Serbia , accepts objectives and Statute of the Movement and, according to decision of the Main Board contributes to actualization of the objectives and the Statute can become a corporate member of the Movement.

ASSOCIATED MEMBERSHIP

An organization, enterprise, or institution which is fond to participate in activities of the Movement with no right to vote can become an associated member.

HONORED MEMBERSHIP

Honored members of the Movement can become individuals and corporations which gave a special contribution to achievement of objectives of the Movement.
Honored members are adopted by the Assembly and on proposal of the Main Board.

DUTIES OF MEMBERS

• Members of the Movement are obliged to contribute to objectives of the Movement.
• Members of the Movement pay membership fee.
• The Main Board determinates amount of the membership fee.
• Corporate and associated members pay a membership fee on which the Main Board and the corporate/associated member have exclusively agreed.
• Honored members pay no membership fee.

CEASE OF MEMBERSHIP

Status of an individual member is cased when the member resigns from the Movement;
Status of a corporate member is canceled:

• when a condition from agreement with the Movement is posed;
• when the member considered ceased to exist
