The European Movement in Serbia is organizing a panel discussion The Perspective of Western Balkans European Integration after the European Parliament Election and Brexit, which will take place on November 14, 2019 at the EU Info Center (Kralja Milana 7, Belgrade), starting at 10 AM.

The panel discussion is organized within the project European Integration of the Western Balkans: Making a Realistic Perspective out of a Shifting Target, implemented by the European Movement in Serbia, the Albanian Institute for International Studies (AIIS) from Tirana and the Institute for European Policy (EPI) from Skopje, and financially supported by the Fund for the Western Balkans. The aim of the project is to contribute to regional co-operation and to strengthen regional cohesion in the Western Balkans region.

Panelists will a gain better insight into the effects the European Parliament election and Brexit have on the European perspective of the Western Balkans, and relevant stakeholders will be offered an opinion on the European integration process in light of the difficulties, challenges and events that have shaped the EU in the previous period. The three organizations have developed policy proposals with recommendations to follow in the coming period and will present them during this event.

The working language will be English and no translation will be organized.
