The Guide “How to establish school partnerships” is designed for the school management, and is the result of research on the history of school partnerships and analysis of the available European models. The guide defines a new type of journey, the so-called study journey within which the primary educational goals are outlined as well as the linking of schools, and it shapes, in the simplest way, the steps that each school interested in this form of cooperation, should undertake. The publishing of the Guide was enabled by the German organization for technical cooperation (GTZ)- project of reforms of secondary vocational education.
