On the last Saturday, October 26, mentors from the Share Your Knowledge program spent a working day at the evaluation meeting. At the same time, this was the penultimate event on the program, and they discussed the most important moments during the Program that were important for the mentors. The meeting was a good opportunity to look back together at what they did and achieved in the previous period, but also to plan the next steps.

The evaluation meeting was opened by Zorana Milovanović, project coordinator from the European Movement in Serbia, recalling the very active ten-month period from the beginning of the program, which included intensive work not only with mentors, but also within joint activities – round tables and workshops.

The participants of the meeting spoke about their strongest impressions from the program, about the beautiful and challenging moments that happened to them during the program, within the program itself, but also about professional and private life. Together, they looked back at what they had learned, what they lacked, but at the same time assessed the development capacities provided by the Program and their suggestions for further development of the Program itself. They pointed out that expectations are our greatest friends and enemies. That is why realism in expectations is a good way to achieve more, but also not to let disappointment block us and lead us to give up. The greatest value of the program was the acquaintance of great women from various professional fields and the acquired acquaintances and friendships.

In a fun way, the mentees and mentors continued to network and discover more new things about each other.
