As part of the project “Countering Euroscepticism through education and empowerment of young people as European citizens”, funded by the European Union and implemented by the European Movement in Serbia together with partners from the Czech Republic, France and Greece, a workshop was held for 15 high school students from different schools and regions in Serbia. The aim of the workshop was for students to discuss problems, needs and the future of Serbia in the EU in an open discussion with expert Vladimir Medjak.

The students reflected on the topics of Serbia’s security, the introduction of sanctions against Russia and environmental protection. Debates were held on the history of Serbia, the processes of Serbia’s accession to the EU, the needs of citizens and the necessary youth activism.
